Guidewire Business Analyst with French

The position is for a Long-term project with an international client from the insurance industry. The project focuses on developing the Guidewire Cloud environment, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, and implementing additional insurance products, mainly in property insurance. The international team includes members from Poland, France, and Italy.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Guidewire, especially PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Knowledge of insurance processes.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
• Good communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of French (mandatory).

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into specific functional solutions.
• Analyze insurance processes and model them in the Guidewire environment.
• Support project teams in decision-making regarding solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation and project materials.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment.
• Participate in development and implementation of additional insurance products.
