Solutions Architect (Insurance Domain)

Future Processing is facing significant challenges requiring an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in the insurance/finance domain. The role represents the company as a technical expert and consultant in client interactions.

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year as a solutions architect.
• Broad knowledge of Java, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience with application and system architecture.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficient English at minimum B2 level.
• High level of business awareness.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Openness to business travel and client delegations.
• Daily practical use of at least one AI tool in development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Openness to AI-assisted software development processes.
• High levels of responsibility, ownership, and resilience in complex environments.

• Develop system architectures.
• Think strategically and plan roadmaps while maintaining pragmatic execution.
• Collaborate with clients, including business trips.
• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with the business in the insurance area.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear business value.
• Challenge status quo and propose justified changes.
• Cooperate with development teams.
