Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of UX experience
- Experience leading end-to-end UX projects independently
- Portfolio confirming previous work
- Very good knowledge of tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Confluence, Jira
- Experience conducting UX workshops
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in banking sector projects (digital channels)
- Knowledge of Polish retail or corporate banking market
- Experience with UX Research and UX Writing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and argumentation skills
Obowiązki
- Independently lead UX processes from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with business, analysts, and development teams
- Design solutions for digital applications (web/mobile)
- Conduct workshops and facilitate business requirements
- Create and develop UX concepts based on business goals
- Participate in design decisions and justify UX solutions
- Collaborate within a larger project team on a single product
