Product Owner / Analyst

• Experience as a Product Owner, business-system analyst, or combined role
• Ability to transform chaotic, incomplete, or conflicting expectations into a single well-thought-out solution
• Strong understanding of business processes and their interdependencies
• System thinking focusing on data: entities, relations, states, and workflows
• Skills in modeling and clearly presenting complex issues using diagrams
• Experience creating user stories following INVEST principles and acceptance criteria (e.g., Given/When/Then)
• Ability to conduct workshops and moderate discussions among diverse stakeholders
• Assertiveness and resistance to pressure: questioning assumptions and defending decisions with justification
• Independence, decisiveness, and persistence in completing tasks
• Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical teams
• Experience working in an agile environment

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or event storming
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in projects spanning multiple business units
• Experience in functional acceptance and business perspective testing

• Collect, analyze, and organize requirements from various business units
• Build a coherent product vision and translate it into priorities and backlog
• Identify conflicting requirements and lead stakeholders to consensus
• Organize and facilitate workshops when requirement gathering is insufficient
• Map processes, workflows, entities, relations, and states within the system
• Develop a common vocabulary for business and technology teams
• Prepare diagrams, flow mockups, and other materials to clarify solutions
• Create concise user stories and clear acceptance criteria
• Prioritize considering business value, dependencies, costs, and technical constraints
• Participate actively in refinement, planning, acceptance, and validation of delivered functionalities
• Ensure solution compliance with business processes and data models
• Collaborate closely with the development team and project manager
