Expert IT Analyst

The role is within the banking industry, focusing on project delivery and data-intensive solutions. The position is hybrid, based in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

• Proven experience in designing data-intensive solutions.
• Background in the banking industry.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications.
• Experience with AI technologies.
• Strong SQL skills with Snowflake and MSSQL.
• Experience with Snowflake and Dbt.
• Understanding of domain-driven design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with scalable data products.

• Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
