Senior Software Engineer

Zendesk is a company that powers billions of customer service conversations and is hiring for its Employee Services (ES) organization based in Krakow, Poland.

• Join a dynamic, self-organizing team focused on delivering core frontend functionality for Employee Service products with some backend tasks in Ruby.
• Participate in all software lifecycle phases: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Take ownership of features and bug fixes, working independently and collaboratively on complex challenges.
• Engage in prototyping, code reviews, and rapid deployment cycles.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop automated tests to prevent regressions.
• Handle incoming product requests from internal teams and be on-call.
