IT Asset Management/ServiceNow specialist

Devire IT Outsourcing collaborates with IT specialists and supports clients running innovative and modern projects in the logistics industry.

• Experience as IT Asset Management Process Owner, ITAM Manager, or similar role.
• Practical experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow including CSDM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.

• Manage and develop IT Asset Management processes in SAM and HAM areas.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle and configuration items including governance, documentation, and control processes.
• Maintain data quality, completeness, and consistency in ServiceNow, especially in CSDM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
• Monitor process quality, KPIs, and compliance; initiate improvement actions.
• Optimize license usage and support audit readiness using Snow and/or Flexera.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
