• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing processes on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Strong knowledge of workflow design and configuration
• Experience in building decision logic and process state models
• Experience integrating WEBCON BPS with other systems
• Ability to analyze and optimize process performance
• Ability to collaborate with business and system analysts
• Independence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level

• Designing and implementing workflows on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Creating processes for SME, mortgage, and high balance business lines
• Building complex decision logic and process state models
• Implementing and maintaining system integrations
• Optimizing process performance and event handling
• Collaborating with analysts to translate operational processes into system solutions
• Analyzing and reusing existing components in new processes
• Participating actively in shaping workflow solution architecture
• Ensuring quality, scalability, and stability of implemented solutions
