Wymagania
- Strong product designer with B2B experience and understanding of business marketing.
- Knowledge of B2B buyer psychology to translate insights into product and partner experiences.
- Research rigor including partner interviews, usability testing, and assumption validation.
- Ability to design systems ensuring continuity between partner-facing products, user journeys, and sales collateral.
- Experience operating within structured go-to-market processes.
- Clear communication skills for design decisions to build stakeholder trust.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ownership mindset.
- Proficient use of tools like AI for idea exploration and validation alongside deep design work in Figma.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including with distributed engineering teams.
- High quality standards balanced with strong judgment.
- Fluency in business English.
Obowiązki
- Own B2B design end-to-end including partner-facing product experiences, user notification and communication flows, claims and payout processes, and marketing website.
- Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit such as sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets, and demo visuals.
- Incorporate understanding of B2B buyer contexts across deliverables.
- Contribute design thinking and user pain point insights during early-stage product and go-to-market planning.
- Conduct partner interviews, usability testing, and business case validation.
- Test and iterate on partner-facing and end-user flows based on real data.
- Finalize launch collateral and gather feedback from early adopter partners.
- Feed learnings from each launch into the next, establishing a repeatable design process.
