Account Services Implementation Analyst and Project Manager, Officer

State Street is a global financial services company serving institutional investors worldwide. The role is part of the Account Services Implementation team supporting client onboarding onto the Alpha Platform.

• Ability to develop strong working knowledge of Alpha Account Services capabilities including Account Configuration & Maintenance workflow and account lifecycle processes
• Skilled in translating client servicing needs into clear business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
• Proven capability in project delivery management including timelines, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and governance adherence
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder and client engagement throughout implementation
• Proficient understanding of account static data, configuration dependencies, and enrichment processes for portfolio setup across Alpha platform
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management or business analysis
• Exposure to financial services, investment banking, capital markets or related industries is highly beneficial
• Office presence required at least 3 days per week

• Support delivery of Alpha Front-to-Back Account Services implementations and target operating model design
• Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into use cases and functional specifications
• Coordinate account onboarding and conversion activities ensuring data readiness and timeline alignment
• Develop and maintain expertise in Account Services Account Configuration & Maintenance tool and related workflows
• Document and validate account lifecycle workflows including setup, amendments, and maintenance
• Support end-to-end testing activities including planning, script validation, and execution coordination
• Contribute to client onboarding efforts ensuring smooth transition to BAU support
• Participate in client workshops for requirements gathering, data mapping, and configuration alignment
• Analyze account static data requirements for accurate configuration supporting Alpha platform processing
• Ensure documentation of requirements, configuration decisions, and implementation artifacts adhere to governance standards
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for deliverables and timelines
• Facilitate meetings to review requirements, validate configurations, and track progress
• Support project delivery by tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and adherence to timelines and scope
• Assist in project planning including development of project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and coordinate mitigation with stakeholders
• Maintain project reporting with updates on progress, risks, and key decisions
• Drive follow-up on action items ensuring accountability and timely closure
