Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Platforms

HelloFresh operates HelloTech, a global technology backbone with over 1000 people, building digital products for end-to-end food experiences including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood. HelloTech creates shared platforms, data, and operational excellence to support multiple distinct brands with a subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong foundation in data infrastructure, data engineering, or backend platforms, including streaming, messaging, and database architecture
• Working familiarity with event streaming and relational/NoSQL database technologies
• Experience driving roadmaps and KPIs for technical teams focusing on cost, reliability, or data quality
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and roadmap decisions supported by analytical tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with engineering leads and stakeholders
• Pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset for autonomous delivery and managing trade-offs in live production environments

• Drive the product vision and roadmap for the Operational Data Platform focusing on low-latency data creation, transport, storage, and availability for downstream analytics
• Lead the cost-efficiency roadmap with accountability for targeted cost savings
• Maintain reliability of streaming and core database systems with uptime targets
• Champion data-contract and schema standards with data-producing engineering teams
• Guide platform tooling decisions to consolidate technologies
• Define and maintain handover contracts with the Analytical Data Platform
• Act as the primary interface between the Operational Data Platform and data producers
• Define, track, and report squad KPIs including cost efficiency, reliability, and data-quality adoption
