Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change delivery as a Business Analyst.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analysis and business data mapping.
- Familiarity with data controls (e.g., Data Quality).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in creating and managing BRDs, RTMs, and SDDs.
- Test support experience, especially UAT.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Pega platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Obowiązki
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Map data attributes to business use cases.
- Ensure compliance with data controls and high-quality data delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements.
- Support Agile and Waterfall deliveries.
- Create and manage documentation including BRDs, RTMs, SDDs.
- Assist in governance forums with reporting and presentations.
