Enterprise Architect (m/f/n)

SHIMI Sp. z o.o. supports a long-term international project delivered for a European Union Organisation based in Warsaw.

• Previous experience in the role of Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience building EA culture and practices throughout an organization.
• Expertise in enterprise and business architecture design.
• Familiarity with business process development, value streams, and capability maps design.
• Good knowledge of enterprise architecture domains.
• Good knowledge of maturity models analyses and frameworks.
• Proficiency in systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others.
• Familiarity with architecture standards or frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar.
• Expert knowledge in computer science and IT.
• Efficiency in time management, project management, and knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Ability to document effectively and present problem solving skills.
• Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies, business cases, visions, analytical models.
• Leadership skills.
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
• Skills in developing standards and policies guiding IT assets usage.
• Excellent communication skills for educating employees on best IT practices.
• Ability to analyze enterprise domains to improve operations and align business and technology.
• Ability to analyze data and operational structures for cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience in governance of architecture function.

At least 1 certification among:

• The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)
• Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect
• CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP)
• ITIL v3 Master certification or equivalent
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or internationally recognized equivalent.

• Establishes processes for enterprise architecture developments and management.
• Supports programmes and projects in planning and controlling, especially risk management, harmonizing, change management, and assures architectural compliance.
• Consults and contributes to the development of architectural capabilities of the organization and architecture management initiatives.
• Designs and communicates enterprise architecture.
• Designs and maintains architectural repository.
• Designs interoperability and interfaces between systems.
• Elicits needs and analyses requirements.
• Transfers business, users, and technical needs into architectures.
• Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features.
• Defines transition roadmaps for architectures.
• Prepares system documentation and provides presentations.
• Collects and interprets system metrics.
• Provides assistance to projects implementing elements of enterprise architecture.
• Assesses architecture maturity.
• Analyses organizational structures.
• Analyses information systems portfolio.
• Analyses business processes.
• Conducts IS costs/benefits analysis.
