Proxy Product Owner (k/m)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o. is part of the Pentacomp Group, which has been delivering IT solutions and technological services for nearly 30 years to large enterprises and public sector institutions. They are involved in projects supporting digital transformation, combining experience with modern technologies. The role is within a strategic transformation program in the insurance industry, focusing on developing modern solutions using GenAI to support claims and benefits handling.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner or similar role.
• Practical experience with products leveraging GenAI or advanced data analytics.
• Knowledge of the product lifecycle from Research and PoC to production deployment.
• Ability to prioritize work and make decisions based on business value and data.
• Experience working with technology solutions involving API, integrations, cloud, and distributed systems.
• Experience in insurance, claims, or other business-critical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Jira for backlog, workflows, and reporting.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Agile/Scrum, e.g., PSPO II, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and manage expectations.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance, finance, or regulated environments.
• Conducting workshops and discovery sessions using Story Mapping or Event Storming.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI solution security, and AI-related regulations.

• Manage backlog of products utilizing GenAI and set development priorities.
• Co-create vision and roadmap for solutions supporting claims processing and related applications.
• Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, and suppliers on product decisions.
• Translate business needs into specific requirements, goals, and success criteria.
• Prioritize work based on business value, data, complexity, and technological dependencies.
• Work closely with the delivery team during research and development phases.
• Monitor project progress, team utilization, and budget, considering specifics of Research, PoC, and production projects.
• Maintain transparency in Jira including backlog, workflows, and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress transparently.
