AIFMD Annex IV Reporting Consultant

For a financial client, this consultancy role supports AIFMD reporting obligations covering operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting and regulatory change analysis and implementation support for upcoming AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0 changes.

• AIFMD subject matter expertise
• Experience with analysis, documentation, and implementation support
• Operational reporting and data experience
• Ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies

• Ability to prepare clear and management-ready deliverables
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams

• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate AIFMD reporting during the engagement period
• Assess current AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls, and ownership, identifying gaps relative to upcoming AIFMD II requirements
• Translate regulatory changes into business, data, system, and control requirements
• Support implementation of process, control, and documentation changes
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data, IT, and Fund Administration
• Prepare knowledge transfer and handover materials before engagement end

This is a consultancy role focused on AIFMD compliance. The engagement is expected to last for 3 months, with potential for extension. The role is aligned with mid-market rates.
