Fabrity supports digital transformations using leading platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and their proprietary low-code product Fastive. They serve clients in various industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, automotive, and retail, with notable clients such as ABB, Bayer, Carrefour, PKO BP, Dormakaba, Sanofi, Toyota Bank, Frontex, Liebherr, Pepsico, and Saint-Gobain.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in claims.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices.
• Experience in cloud environments and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps and assessing technical risks.
• Practical knowledge of end-to-end observability.
• Practical knowledge of API Governance.
• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience designing Event-Driven Architecture solutions.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

• Design architecture of a new business system and create architectural documentation.
• Co-develop a new solution in a distributed microservices architecture.
• Participate in feasibility analyses and define technical assumptions for system development.
• Set technology development direction and maintain architectural standards and code quality.
• Estimate workload and participate in project planning.
• Assign tasks to the development team and supervise their execution.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet operational and security requirements.
• Support the team during development, deployment, and system stabilization.
• Co-create technology roadmaps and identify project risks.
• Participate in technical and architectural workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week at the client office in Warsaw.
