Senior Full Stack Engineer, Profitable Video MarTech SaaS

Vidalytics is a video marketing platform built for conversion, serving thousands of businesses with video players and analytics integral to their revenue processes.

• Solid, production-level full stack proficiency owning services end-to-end
• Hands-on cloud experience with at least one: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform; exposure to CloudFormation, SST, Pulumi also counts
• Experience with observability: instrumentation, dashboards, debugging using metrics, logs, and traces
• Demonstrated end-to-end project or system ownership through stable production usage
• Product engineer mindset focused on user and business outcomes
• Strong automation discipline including testing habits and alerting
• 5+ years senior-level experience including technical leadership or mentoring
• Fluent English (C1 level)

• Build and ship features end-to-end across backend in PHP (Symfony, Laminas) and frontend using React and TypeScript
• Own projects past completion: monitor, respond to issues, and iterate based on usage data
• Instrument systems with observability tools (metrics, logs, tracing)
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, e2e)
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot in workflow
• Contribute to infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm charts
• Set up and tune alerting for owned systems
• Collaborate with product and engineers to define problems and solutions
• Evaluate and adopt beneficial tools, frameworks, and practices
