Configuration Deployment Specialist [K/M]

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong knowledge of the SharePoint platform and dedicated tools.
• Higher education in IT (bachelor's/engineer's degree) or equivalent professional experience.
• Very good understanding of software deployment management processes.
• Good knowledge of release management processes.
• Experience working with RUP and/or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of application servers.
• Experience with application build and deployment tools, e.g., Azure Pipelines, Ant.
• Familiarity with tools supporting the software development process.
• Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Experience working in multicultural organizations.
• Experience building and deploying applications.
• Ability to collaborate with various technical and business teams.
• Technological versatility and readiness to work with varied platforms and solutions.

• Manage software deployment and release processes.
• Collaborate in the design, development, and maintenance of solutions.
• Apply RUP and/or Agile methodologies in project execution.
• Maintain and administer application environments and servers.
• Build, configure, and deploy applications.
• Support development teams with programming and deployment tools.
• Optimize server environments for performance, security, and quality.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Estimate work effort and deployment timelines.
• Analyze business needs and propose technical solutions.
• Monitor and interpret software and infrastructure metrics.
• Manage configuration and release management processes.
• Document development work.
• Participate in initiatives related to SharePoint technologies connected directly or indirectly with the IRMA 2.0 platform.
