Enterprise Architect [K/M]

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 5 years in an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience functioning as a corporate architect.
• Experience building and developing corporate architecture practices organization-wide.
• Expert knowledge of corporate and business architecture.
• Experience designing business processes, value streams, and organizational capability maps.
• Knowledge of corporate architecture domains, maturity models, and reference frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with architecture modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or similar.
• Practical knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman Framework, Azure Well-Architected Framework, or equivalent architectural standards.
• Experience in architecture function governance.
• Ability to define standards and policies related to IT resource usage.
• Experience designing interoperability and system integration.
• Skill in identifying business needs and translating them into architectural solutions.
• Experience preparing architectural documentation, analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
• Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Required certifications (at least one):

• The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)
• Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect
• CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSIP-ISSAP)
• ITIL v3 Master
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA)

• Design, develop, and communicate corporate architecture.
• Define standards, policies, and processes related to architecture management.
• Support programs and projects in architectural compliance, change management, and risk.
• Create and maintain architecture repository.
• Analyze business processes, organizational structures, and IT system portfolios.
• Map business objectives to technological solutions.
• Design interoperability and integration between systems.
• Prepare documentation, analyses, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assess architecture maturity and identify improvement areas.
• Support strategic transformation and digital initiatives.
