Technical Lead (Python + Java + AI + Azure)

The role is within a new project in the area of CCM (Customer Communications Management) combining Java, Python, AI, and cloud technologies.

• Strong practical knowledge of Python
• Hands-on experience building Java microservices (e.g., Spring Boot) in enterprise environments
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Technical Lead involving technical decisions and team support
• Ability to design solutions and make architectural decisions considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
• Solid experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL), including schema design, performance tuning, and transactional integrity
• Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, API/contract testing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates such as Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning
• Familiarity with integration patterns including REST, messaging/eventing, API design, and versioning strategies
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions under time pressure and changing requirements
• Experience mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Practical experience with any public cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), with willingness to learn Azure
• Practical knowledge of GenAI concepts and tools in software engineering, including LLMs, RAG, and agent patterns, with awareness of governance and related controls

Nice to have:

• Experience creating platforms for regulated financial services with focus on audit, control, and operational requirements
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns, including containers, Kubernetes, and service mesh
• Experience with modern observability tools
• Experience in performance engineering and resilience testing
• Experience implementing AI-enabled SDLC with governance and measurable productivity effects
• Practical experience prototyping or integrating GenAI solutions such as RAG pipelines, evaluation approaches, prompt management, versioning, and controlled LLM integration
