Technical Support Engineer

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support.
• Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and version control systems.
• Willingness to acquire knowledge in Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, k8s, CI/CD, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Readiness to work on on-duty shifts.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Fluent in the Ukrainian language.

• Monitor and perform initial diagnosis of problems in the infrastructure.
• Respond to alerts independently or with the duty DevOps team for the responsible team.
• Create new and improve existing monitoring rules.
• Perform basic DevOps tasks.
• Document all activities.
• Participate in on-duty shifts (1 week per month).
