Warehouse System Implementation Consultant

HiFlow Solutions is a global software company headquartered in Miami, Florida. For more than 25 years, HiFlow has developed and implemented ERP/MIS/MES solutions purpose-built for packaging, label, and print manufacturers. Their software automates processes including estimating, quoting, order management, production planning and scheduling, shop-floor execution, inventory, warehousing, logistics, business intelligence, and other critical operational processes. HiFlow serves highly specialized manufacturers whose requirements cannot be met by generic business software.

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Warehouse Management Systems implementation consultant.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring WMS solutions in manufacturing companies, including international customer-facing projects.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system configuration, practical workflows, and functional documentation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse-to-production material flows, inbound logistics, locations, replenishment, picking, shipping, traceability, returns, and inventory counting.
• Experience with inventory management, demand requirements, forecasting, stock availability, and the full implementation lifecycle.
• Practical Microsoft SQL Server skills for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Very good English—minimum B2+, with C1 preferred.

Nice to have:

• Experience with WMS implementations in packaging manufacturing environments.
• Experience defining and managing logistics units for rolls, boxes, pallets, and batches.
• Practical knowledge of U.S. units of measure, conversions, and multi-unit inventory handling.
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventory, stock reconciliation, and lot/serial traceability.
• Familiarity with RF/mobile workflows, Zebra devices, ZPL, barcode labeling, APIs, EDI, and ERP integrations.

• Analyze requirements and design AS-IS/TO-BE warehouse processes and information flow across purchasing, production, planning, inventory, and shipping.
• Configure and implement warehouse processes, structures, master data, business rules, roles, labels, and system parameters.
• Design inventory-management, replenishment, safety-stock, demand-planning, forecasting, and material-requirement processes.
• Deliver testing, data migration, user training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, reporting, and integration support.
• Configure printouts and reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Coordinate external-system and EDI integrations with customers and technical teams.
