Business Analyst

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in presales activities with strong understanding of the presales process and preparation.
• Proven ability to prepare expert content, overview materials, presentations, and analytical reports.
• Ability to clearly structure complex information and articulate the value of a solution from the customer’s perspective.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and subject areas.
• Experience with BPMN and UML.
• Advanced level of English (Upper-Intermediate+).

• Experience working across multiple industries and handling different types of requests.
• International professional certificates (PSPO, PSM, etc.).

• Develop pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging.
• Conduct thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients.
• Translate research outcomes into well-structured, professional documents and presentation materials.
• Occasionally present pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging and solution positioning.
