Senior .NET Developer

We are an entertainment and content creation company focused on gaming content, with more than 8,000 employees across 20 locations worldwide. The company operates through three units: Aristocrat Gaming, Product Madness, and Aristocrat Interactive, providing mobile and casino games to millions globally.

• 6+ years of backend development experience using .NET / .NET Core
• Hands-on experience building large-scale web-based systems
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of relational databases
• Analytical attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably as a teammate
• Continuous learning approach and adaptability to new technologies
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with AI agents and workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with TDD and automated testing approaches
• Understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka, pub/sub patterns)
• Experience with database development and optimization

• Design and develop scalable microservices from scratch
• Contribute to evolving a cloud-native, platform-independent system
• Integrate legacy components into modern architecture
• Reverse-engineer and migrate monolithic parts to microservices gradually
• Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality and testability (TDD)
• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering guidelines
• Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams across product, QA, and DevOps
