Product Operations Analyst

Relativity is a legal data intelligence company that develops AI-powered cloud software, RelativityOne, designed for managing large volumes of information for litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries. The company serves major law firms, corporations, and government agencies and supports pro bono legal work.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in technology, data analytics, product management, project management, or process/operations analysis
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to streamline work, automate processes, and improve output quality
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or related field

Preferred:

• Ability to handle highly complex problems with a systems-thinking mindset
• Understanding of product management and product operations disciplines
• Comfort with data analysis for monitoring operational health and success metrics
• Experience optimizing and scaling organizational processes
• Experience implementing automations with workflow platforms like Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or building internal tools like Slack apps or Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Basic familiarity with SQL; familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations is a plus
• Experience with Productboard, Jira, and/or Confluence is a bonus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including creating SOPs and templates
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in teams

• Support and optimize the feature launch process and collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful releases
• Administer and provide expert guidance for tooling related to product feedback and roadmap management
• Support product team operating cadence including request routing and maintaining process guidance and presentation assets
• Identify opportunities to empower product managers by simplifying workflows and reducing operational overhead
• Identify high-friction or repetitive work in Product Ops processes and prioritize improvements or automation
• Design and implement automations using AI tools, workflow platforms, and system integrations
• Support adoption of AI-enabled working methods across discovery, requirements, and delivery
• Measure impact of process improvements and iterate based on outcomes
