Project Manager

• Minimum two years of IT project management experience on the service provider side
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, applications, and PaaS services, and IT security
• Basic understanding of IT production and deployment processes including CI/CD
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
• Ability to plan and organize activities and resources in project management
• Strong skills in managing budgets, schedules, scope, and risks using tools like Google Workspace and/or M365
• Excellent communication skills with clients in Poland and abroad; English proficiency at least B2
• Analytical skills to anticipate project challenges and adapt to new solutions and changing needs
• Proactive attitude and readiness to propose and implement new solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), including functional and technical architecture
• Ability to use cloud services to address specific business problems
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams or working as a business or system analyst
• Certifications in project management such as PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM

• Plan, monitor, and report on various project stages for external clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for project preparation, execution, and settlement, managing schedules, budgets, and scope
• Manage communication, risk, and quality within projects
• Monitor and report project budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate software development processes, actively managing backlog and task prioritization using agile methodologies
• Prepare presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation including management, financial, and technical documentation
• Participate in preparing substantive project concepts and offers
