Full-Stack Engineer – Python, Snowflake & ETL (m/f/d)

ALM Services Technology Group develops end-to-end Web and Mobile Solutions, working closely with customers in long-term relations. Since 2020, they cooperate with a multinational company in the med-tech and analytics space, building multiple applications and providing core team expertise to support growth. Founded in 2009 in Poland, the company expanded with a branch in Budapest in 2022 and is actively growing their team there.

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, or Full-Stack Development
• Strong production experience with Python
• Commercial experience with Node.js and React
• Experience building microservices and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Hands-on commercial experience with Snowflake
• Practical experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, batch processing, or data integration workflows
• Experience working with data ingestion, transformation, validation, and loading processes
• Practical knowledge of Docker
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform, with willingness to work in Azure
• Understanding of automated testing, Git, code review, monitoring, and production support
• Ability to write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code
• Confidence working independently and communicating technical decisions clearly
• Fluent English
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security, and correctness

Senior level typically expects 5+ years experience with ownership of architecture, complex integrations, data pipelines, technical decisions, and production systems

• Design, develop, and maintain Python services, microservices, and REST APIs
• Build and maintain application features using Node.js and React across backend and frontend layers
• Design and implement internal and external system integrations
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration workflows
• Work hands-on with Snowflake for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and loading
• Work with PostgreSQL and other data-processing components
• Develop and maintain batch processing and data transformation workflows
