Transformation Portfolio Lead

• Minimum 3 years of portfolio leadership experience within large-scale Technology organizations.
• Proven ability to handle both Business As Usual (BAU) and transformation programs in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong portfolio governance and prioritisation capabilities.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Financial management expertise, including forecasting and investment governance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, APIs, and data movement.

• Develop and manage an integrated, multi-year transformation portfolio roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, and governance frameworks, covering Run The Business (RTB) and Change The Business (CTB) initiatives.
• Drive financial management activities including forecasting, investment governance, and cost transparency.
• Implement benefits realisation frameworks to track value delivery.
• Ensure adoption of governance standards, tools, and reporting across the platform.
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support for Enterprise Integration Platforms (EIP) Leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and boost delivery effectiveness.
