IT Analyst

• Good knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in data areas, data warehouses, or BI.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirement specifications.
• Experience preparing test scenarios and cases.
• Analytical thinking skills and business process modeling.
• Practical knowledge of process modeling using UML and BPMN.
• Ability to work directly with business users.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims handling, benefits, or policy systems.
• Knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros).
• Experience in data warehouse projects, data migrations, or data architecture redesign.

• Analyze business requirements and business processes.
• Prepare analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements for data and reporting solutions.
• Analyze large volumes of data for projects and testing.
• Prepare test scenarios, cases, and results.
• Cooperate with development teams during the design and implementation of solutions.
• Participate in projects for the development and transformation of data and reporting environments.
