PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is involved in projects related to the development and optimization of processes and solutions supporting sales and servicing of investment products across stationary branches, internet, and mobile channels. The scope includes initiatives for both the development of the investment offer for clients and adaptation of processes and applications to regulatory and business changes.

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the financial sector.
• Practical knowledge of investment processes and MiFID II regulations.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams on project implementation and system deployments.
• Experience preparing business requirements, internal documentation (including procedures), and user stories for business processes.
• Experience leading analytical work with business stakeholders, IT, Compliance, and Legal departments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with projects related to the digitalization of investment processes, regulatory (MiFID) implementations, or development of digital channels for investment clients.

• Model processes for investment products, especially those arising from MiFID regulations (e.g., MiFID survey applications, product governance).
• Analyze the impact of regulatory changes related to investment products on processes and associated applications.
• Create and analyze business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly product teams, IT teams, and compliance teams.
• Conduct business analysis of investment and regulatory processes (e.g., MiFID survey, product governance).
• Acquire, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Design processes related to the provision of investment services, especially in the MiFID area.
• Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business processes, process architecture, and technological solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams in analysis activities.
