Analityk Systemowy ETL

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is hiring for an IT Systems Analyst role in data integration and warehousing solutions, focusing on data pipelines and ETL processes within a banking environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst in data integration processes (data pipelines)
• Experience documenting business and system requirements
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of relational database principles
• Experience designing data warehouse models or working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) BigQuery
• Experience creating requirement matrices translating to unit tests
• Ability to specify tasks for developers in descriptive and STM forms
• Experience maintaining project documentation
• Experience working directly with clients to define business and system requirements
• Experience creating functional and/or technical specifications
• Ability to analyze XML/XSD formats and build relational models from XSD
• Knowledge of tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Nice to have: knowledge of GCP cloud integration tools like BigQuery, DataFlow, Cloud SQL (Postgres)
• Nice to have: familiarity with project tools like Enterprise Architect, Visio
• Basic knowledge of banking product concepts
• Strong communication skills in business and IT environments

• Analysis and modeling of data models for data pipelines in data warehouses and data lakehouse
• Analysis and modeling of ETL data integration processes
• Analysis and modeling of data integration processes using GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Collaboration with other bank units to develop requirement specifications for new data sources
• Designing logical data models in the operational data warehouse area
• Creating STM (Source-Target-Matrix) to support development processes
• Cooperation with IT teams, including developers, PM, and testers, as well as business units
• Providing analytical support during design, development, and testing of data feed processes
