Business Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to work with our Business Partner, a leader in the insurance industry in Poland. The project involves the development and transformation of the data and reporting environment for the anti-fraud area, carried out within a large organizational transformation program aimed at more effective anomaly detection and faster, more reliable access to information supporting business decisions.

• Good knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in the area of data, data warehouses, or BI
• Experience in preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications
• Experience in preparing test scenarios and cases
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to model business processes
• Ability to collaborate directly with business users
• Practical knowledge of process modeling in UML and BPMN
• Ability to work with large volumes of data

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAS

• Analyze business requirements and business processes
• Develop analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation
• Model business processes using UML and BPMN notations
• Analyze large volumes of data for projects and testing
• Prepare test scenarios, cases, and results
• Participate in projects focused on the development and transformation of data environments and reporting
