Senior AI Engineer

Radbrackets Sp. z o.o. is a boutique software house emphasizing quality over quantity, with specialists mainly from the JVM world, particularly Kotlin. The company supports remote collaboration only. The client is an international fintech company developing an operational infrastructure for new generation private markets, combining AI-based automation with advanced regulatory knowledge to replace dispersed spreadsheets and manual processes with an integrated platform for the full fund lifecycle.

• 6+ years experience as a TypeScript developer.
• 2+ years experience in building AI agents with TypeScript.
• Experience in evaluation of AI agents and RAG pipelines (test sets, response quality metrics, LLM-as-judge, prompt regression tests).
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps basics including cost and latency monitoring, LLM call tracing, prompt and model versioning, and production observability.
• Documented experience in semantic search (text chunking, embedding creation).
• Ability to prepare demos ready for sales presentations.
• Knowledge of the Mastra framework.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments with associated challenges.
• Skills in preparing technical documentation.
• Ability to design complex IT systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience with React, Nest.js, and Python.
• Fluent communication in English and Polish.

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services solving real customer problems.
• Collaborate actively with Product Managers to identify problems and develop solutions leveraging technical expertise.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and improvements.
• Maximize team efficiency by developing functionalities, addressing technical debt proactively, and fostering collaboration and communication.
