ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager with German

• Experience in PMO, project management or project coordination.
• Experience working on projects related to ServiceNow.
• Experience in leading or coordinating implementation, transformational, or technological projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure fulfillment of agreements.
• Very good work organization, independence, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Efficient communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to occasionally work from the Kraków office (about 2–3 times a month).

• Support preparation and execution of subsequent phases and implementations of ServiceNow.
• Coordinate activities among involved teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, dependencies, and status of tasks.
• Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely fulfillment of agreements.
• Identify risks, delays, and potential issues and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare status reports and ensure project information transparency.
• Support project organization and coordinate actions among stakeholders.
