Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with exposure to cloud platforms
- Skills in Kubernetes, monitoring implementation, and maintenance
- Familiarity with scripting and Linux environments
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Proficiency in Jira and ITSM tools
- Capability to work independently with high responsibility and low stress in documentation-heavy processes
- Good level of English, both written and spoken (B2+)
Obowiązki
- Maintain and support the SAP BTP Application monitoring landscape
- Create and improve scripts to streamline operational processes
- Collaborate with CoE colleagues on ongoing initiatives and projects
- Develop new services within the SAP BTP environment
- Work with documentation and established processes while maintaining a high level of responsibility
- Handle incidents and requests using ITSM tools and Jira
