Product Designer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in 90+ markets and delivers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions.

• 4+ years of overall design experience, including at least 2 years within a product team.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to break complex problems into actionable components.
• Experience working with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics tools, including use of AI.
• Proven UX research experience: usability tests, interviews, surveys, and research analysis.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals to communicate effectively with frontend developers.
• Fluency in English at B2 level minimum.
• High independence, ownership, problem-solving skills, and strong work organization.
• Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and commitment to visual consistency.
• Solid proficiency in using AI tools in daily design workflow.
• Portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing products in the AdTech domain.
• Experience with complex B2B platforms, CMS, or CRM tools.
• Advanced mastery of AI tools for design and process automation.

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first) including problem discovery, user flows, wireframes, mockups, implementation support, and design QA.
• Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and designers on refinements, scope decomposition, handoffs, and interaction specifications.
• Maintain and expand the Design System in Figma using components, tokens, and auto-layouts.
• Conduct UX research such as user interviews, usability testing, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
• Optimize daily workflow and user interactions using modern AI tools.
• Design within technical, business, and real-world constraints.
