Data Business Analyst [K/M]

Fabrity works with leading platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform, as well as its proprietary low-code product Fastive, supporting clients in various industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, automotive, and retail.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in data, data warehousing, or BI solutions.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis and verification.
• Experience working with large data volumes and extracting valuable business insights.
• Ability to prepare analytical documentation, requirements specifications, and model business processes.
• Experience creating test scenarios and cases and supporting testing processes.
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notation.
• Effective collaboration skills with business users, development teams, and project stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, independence, and ability to translate business needs into data-based solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims handling, benefits, or policy systems.
• Experience in data warehouse projects, data migrations, or data architecture transformation with knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros).

• Analyze business and data-related requirements and processes in the area of data and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to identify, clarify, and document requirements.
• Prepare analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation.
• Analyze large data volumes for projects, deployments, and testing.
• Develop test scenarios, cases, and expected results.
• Work with development teams to design and implement data solutions.
• Support transformation and development of data environments and reporting.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and verification of delivered solutions.
• Monitor consistency between business requirements and implemented solutions.
• Actively cooperate with project stakeholders throughout all implementation stages.
