Delphi developer

• Minimum 3 years of programming experience in Delphi
• Very good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience working with SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban)
• Good self-organization and independence
• Effective task execution
• English language communication skills at minimum B1 level
• Practical knowledge of working with AI solutions and creating agents

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in developing mobile applications in Delphi
• Knowledge in information systems engineering

• Participate in projects related to the development of systems based on Oracle technologies
• Design, program, test, and implement new solutions
• Create and implement software in Delphi
• Develop and maintain existing systems
• Prepare technical and design documentation
• Collaborate with business units and the development team
• Work with tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
• Work in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Remote work model with one visit per month to Łódź
