Senior Project Manager

Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of the Pentacomp Group, delivers IT solutions and technology services supporting digital transformation for major enterprises and public sector institutions. The company operates with nearly 30 years of experience in technology services.

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects/programs bridging business and technology
• At least 5 years in transformational or strategic programs with budgets over 20 million PLN, involving multiple work streams
• Documented experience in AI/GenAI, data platforms, digital transformation, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience in large, complex organizations with 1000+ employees, preferably matrix structures
• Practical knowledge of GenAI, LLM, chatbots, AI agents, or Machine Learning projects
• Experience in changing operating models, business processes, and leading organizational transformation
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall models
• Ability to assess business value of AI initiatives and define KPIs, adoption metrics, and benefits
• Experience building roadmaps and leading Enterprise AI Transformation
• Knowledge of AI regulations including AI Act, RODO, DORA, NIS2, Responsible AI, bias, and explainability
• Strong budget, risk, dependency, benefit management, and management reporting skills
• Experience collaborating with executive management, steering committees, and C-level executives
• Experience coordinating teams of 50+ members including architects, developers, Data/AI, business, and vendors
• Strong leadership, communication, organization skills, and decision-making in dynamic tech environments
• Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Higher education in technical fields such as IT, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related disciplines
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAFe

• Operational management of the AI Transformation program and coordination of multiple concurrent work streams
• Planning and oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives
• Building and updating the AI roadmap and monitoring key milestones
• Coordinating collaboration among business, IT, architecture, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and external vendors
• Managing dependencies, risks, and obstacles among initiatives
• Monitoring KPIs, AI adoption, and realization of business benefits
• Supervising compliance with AI Act, RODO, DORA, NIS2, and Responsible AI principles
• Co-creating operating models for AI solutions, including maintenance, development, monitoring, and responsibility
• Managing program budget, cost control, and resource efficiency, including cloud services
• Preparing reports, analyses, and recommendations for management, steering committees, and C-level executives
• Collaborating with business to identify, assess, and prioritize new AI use cases
• Coordinating Change Management, AI adoption, and building an AI-Ready organization
• Managing the AI initiative portfolio and optimizing resource utilization for strategic objectives
