• 8+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of project experience or similar position
• English at C1 level
• Minimum two required certificates: CBAP or equivalent; UML Professional Foundation/BPM Fundamental or equivalent
• Experience through full lifecycle of software solution
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling
• Knowledge of UML diagrams and logical data models
• Experience with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or similar
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and platform tools
• Experience in Business Process Analysis and Improvement
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation
• Experience in system analysis and solution options identification
• Experience in business cases and feasibility studies
• Knowledge of testing, QA, and change management
• Very good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to cooperate with Business Experts, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Experience in optimizing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
