IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions. The role is for a project with one of the leading insurance companies in Poland focused on transforming claims handling processes using modern technologies including AI and automation.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management, including at least 3 years in transformational projects (business + IT)
• Experience modeling processes and defining business/system requirements
• Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or related notations
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management
• Ability to conduct analytical workshops and reconcile requirements with stakeholders
• Knowledge of IT system change lifecycle and experience in business testing and implementations
• Knowledge of claims handling processes or insurance sector
• Openness to AI and business process automation topics
• Experience analyzing integration solutions
• English language proficiency minimum B2

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
• Agile/Scrum certifications
• Experience in AI/automation projects
• Experience working with regulators or in regulated environments
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
• Experience building business analysis standards

• Analyze and model claims handling processes and identify areas for optimization and automation
• Define business requirements and document solutions supporting projects
• Develop system change concepts and recommend process solutions
• Manage backlog, define User Stories, and support prioritization
• Analyze impact of changes on processes, systems, and integrations
• Coordinate analytical work among business, IT, and external suppliers
• Support implementations through documentation, testing, and business acceptance
• Seek AI, ML, and automation opportunities in claims handling
• Develop business analysis standards and mentor other analysts
• Design solutions based on Agentic SDLC and configure processes in the system
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions
