Data Analyst

BlueSoft is an innovative software house belonging to the Orange Group, established in 2002 with over 1000 engineers. The company serves clients in financial, pharmaceutical, retail, banking, transport, and logistics sectors, addressing technical and business needs using almost 200 advanced technologies.

• University degree in economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, finance, or other with strong analytical skills.
• Over 4 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Practical experience with SQL: T-SQL.
• Practical experience with Tableau Desktop/Prep and Tableau Server.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, transform, and interpret transactional (accounting) data.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have:

• Ability to identify and amend errors in transactional data in SAP.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience in building relational databases and applying best practices.
• Experience with software such as Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio, and GitHub.

• Participation in meetings with sales, marketing, and finance teams to identify requirements for analytical applications and projects.
• Data preparation.
• Identifying patterns by analyzing data.
• Generating insights for business challenges using BI and Data Discovery tools.
• Creating data visualizations and BI dashboards.
• Conducting unit tests.
• Supporting in-app preparation and maintenance.
• Ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Maintaining documentation for the assigned tasks.
• Maintaining team collaboration tools (Teams, Yammer, Confluence, MS Office 365 cloud collaboration tools).
