They also support their clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company focuses on long-term, remote projects and values honesty, trust, and good relationships in smaller teams with varied seniority levels.

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the financial sector.
• Practical knowledge of investment processes.
• Familiarity with MiFID II regulations.
• Experience analyzing the impact of regulatory changes on business processes and IT systems.
• Experience collecting, defining, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with Business, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams.

The recruitment process consists of two stages: a short (~30 minutes) interview with the HR department and an online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client, including questions about experience and technical knowledge.
