Java Expert/ Tech Lead

• Minimum 5 years experience programming in Java 8 or newer
• At least 3 years experience working with Java 17+
• Minimum 2 years as a Tech Lead or technical lead for a Java backend team
• Expert knowledge of Spring Boot
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka and Apache Camel
• Very good knowledge of relational databases and ORM solutions, particularly Hibernate
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerised environments
• Practical knowledge of GitLab and Maven
• Ability to write unit and integration tests, e.g., in JUnit and Mockito
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Knowledge of platforms, API, and integration channels used by energy operators, particularly Unicorn ECP/EDX solutions
• Independence, responsibility, and punctuality
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team
• Occasional visits to client office in Wrocław, no more than twice a month

• Develop the system's backend architecture
• Design and program new functionalities
• Create unit and integration tests
• Support the definition of technical tasks for the development team
• Analyse, verify, and plan the development of technologies in use
• Implement technological solutions within project teams
• Mentor and share knowledge with developers
