Senior Java Developer

They undertake ambitious and complex projects in various sectors including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media with more than 40 active clients. Their activities include building systems from scratch, development and maintenance, product implementations, and team or expert allocation within client structures. They are also a gold Partner of UiPath focusing on Robotic Process Automation, building robots and selling licenses to clients.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer
• Good knowledge of Java, Kafka, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
• Proficient in SQL
• Familiarity with test frameworks for unit testing (JUnit, TestNG, Spock) and integration testing (Testcontainers, WireMock)
• Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Knowledge of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms
• Understanding of application containerization
• Knowledge of process engines and BPMN notation
• Familiarity with resilience patterns in distributed systems
• Ability to adopt AI tools in software development processes
• Experience with diagnostics tools for performance of implemented solutions
• Ability to provide services from the territory of Poland
• Work in a hybrid model with at least one day in the office

• Develop scalable and modern solutions in the insurance sector
• Design and implement workflow processes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate business and technology
• Participate in adoption of AI tools in software development
• Engage in application containerization and use process engines and BPMN notation

• Service provision from the territory of Poland is required
• Minimum one day per week work from office as part of the hybrid work model
