Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Future Processing is the employer offering a remote position in Poland within the DevOps team related to cloud infrastructure projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services including IaaS and PaaS.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CDK.
• Competencies in DevOps involving CI/CD, deployment automation, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, LGTM, Datadog, Instana.
• Proficiency in scripting tools like bash or PowerShell.
• Practical experience in Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure implementation and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze cloud environments and recommend improvements technically and financially.
• Practical use of GenAI tools supporting automation, software development, and engineering work.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, GCP).

• Designing, implementing, and developing cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure.
• Automating processes and developing solutions using Infrastructure as Code.
• Implementing and improving CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Analyzing cloud environments and recommending technical and cost improvements.
• Optimizing cloud resource usage and costs following FinOps methodology.
• Collaborating with clients and project teams on cloud projects.
• Utilizing AI and GenAI tools to automate work and enhance engineering process efficiency.
