Azure Integration / Solution Architect

Xebia is a global tech company with origins in two Polish companies – PGS Software and GetInData, specializing in cloud, data, and software solutions. They serve industries including fintech, e-commerce, aviation, logistics, media, and fashion, delivering scalable platforms, data and AI solutions, and applications for clients such as McLaren, Aviva, Deloitte, Spotify, and Disney. The company uses modern open-source stacks and partners with Databricks, dbt, Snowflake, Azure, GCP, and AWS.

• Proven experience as an Integration Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role within an Azure ecosystem
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve software delivery
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure services including AKS, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage, Managed Identity, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps
• Strong experience designing enterprise integration solutions and distributed systems
• Understanding of API-first, REST, event-driven, asynchronous messaging, and contract-first integration patterns
• Experience integrating cloud solutions with Salesforce, banking systems, MuleSoft, or legacy platforms
• Understanding of cloud security architecture and Secure-by-Design principles
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts including OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and secrets management
• Experience defining non-functional requirements, disaster recovery strategies, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Strong architecture documentation and governance skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence architectural direction, manage technical risks, and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
• English and Italian language skills at B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience applying Generative AI in structured SDLC workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations
• Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows and AI-augmented development with willingness to experiment

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Azure-based integration solutions
• Design integration patterns connecting Salesforce, Azure microservices, MuleSoft, banking systems, and legacy platforms
• Define API-first and event-driven architectures including interface contracts, messaging, error handling, and reconciliation strategies
• Design cloud-native solutions using AKS, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage
• Define authentication, authorization, and least-privilege security models in line with GDPR and client security standards
• Define non-functional requirements including availability, scalability, performance, disaster recovery, security, and observability
• Prepare and present solution designs, technical analyses, and architectural specifications to client stakeholders
• Govern architecture changes, lead design reviews, and drive cross-team technical decisions

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
