Infrastructure Engineer (Intune)

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Group Policy management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and their impact on endpoint services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining high service standards.

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune for enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, device configuration, and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage and support Windows and Android devices via Intune configuration profiles and policies.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management solutions for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with patching and device configuration standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune incidents, requests, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management and device configuration problems across platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace environment.
