Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects supporting partners in developing their business, including areas such as technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams. The role involves work on a banking sector project focusing on mortgage loans and credit risk assessment.

• Minimum 2 years of analytical service experience in the banking sector, specifically in mortgage loans and credit risk assessment.
• Practical knowledge of mortgage loan processes including sales and post-sales service.
• Knowledge of regulations related to mortgage loans.
• Experience in independently conducting business analysis and preparing user stories.
• Ability to create specifications for mockups, process flow diagrams, and analytical documentation.
• Experience in preparing test cases and scenarios.
• Familiarity with banking applications used in mortgage loans and credit risk assessment.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience with full-cycle change implementation, from initiation to deployment.
• Experience working on complex projects using Scrum methodology.
• Effective collaboration with project stakeholders and identification of improvements supporting business goals.
• Independence, initiative, and responsibility for the quality of processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in process modeling using BPMN.
• Experience in transformation or optimization projects of credit processes.
• Knowledge of tools for process modeling and business analysis.

• Provide services within a banking sector project focusing on mortgage loans and credit risk assessment.
• Model business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Prepare analytical documentation, functional specifications, mockups, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, system analysts, product teams, and IT units.
• Create test cases and scenarios and support the testing process.
• Work in a hybrid mode with presence in the Warsaw office once a week.

The project location is Warsaw (city center) with hybrid work mode requiring office presence once a week. The budget is up to 100 PLN/hour plus VAT, depending on experience and scope of services.
