IT Recruiter - Europe Experienced Hiring

P&G is hiring an IT Recruiter to join their Experienced Hiring team, partnering with IT leaders across Europe to attract and hire top technical talent.

• Prior experience recruiting experienced professionals, ideally within technology, digital, engineering, or IT environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders using data, insights, and market expertise.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with confidence to consult senior business leaders.
• Curious, proactive, and resilient mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Experience using modern recruiting technologies, CRMs, and talent intelligence tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Europe.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to navigate talent market realities and support informed hiring decisions.
• Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect P&G's values and strengthen the employer brand.
• Build diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Lead offer discussions and candidate closing strategies to secure top talent in competitive markets.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives to improve talent attraction, assessment, and hiring processes.
